teambatgirlThere is glitter everywhere. On her clothes, trailing all over the yard, and somehow clogging the shower drain even though she's pretty sure she hasn't used her speedy powers there. She's going to be cleaning up for weeks, and Steph doesn't even care at all. Because with the glitter trails come with the super speed, and it turns out super speed is totally awesome.
There's no reason to have these powers, but damn if Steph isn't going to enjoy them while they last. If it means leaving a sparkly silver glitter trail wherever she goes like some kind of supersonic princess, well, as far as drawbacks go it's not so bad.
"Cassssssss." She starts off in the house she shares with Damian, but by the time she finishes that last 'sssss' she's dashed over to Cass' place to knock one-two-three at the door. Plus, she manages to actually stop in time to come right before the door instead of crashing into it like she had the first day. She has to give credit to Bart, the super speed definitely takes more skill than just running normal style.
The other drawback is that time seems to move really sloooooowly. "Caaaaaaaass," she whines and knocks again. It's been like five seconds, but it feels like she's been waiting here about two hours. "Let's hang out, let's go running, let's see who can do the most cartwheels, c'mon, super best girlfriend, let me hug you and cover you with glitter."
