Cissie hesitated. Trying another tunnel was the better idea, the safer one for sure but on the other hand... if they could take the splicers out, then that'd be one less group of monsters running around.

She didn't know what to do and she knew they didn't have a lot of time to waste. If they stayed where they were, someone was going to find them.

"Let's try another one," she said finally. "I don't want to cause a ruckus if we don't have to."
